By visiting or using any part of the Site or any service offered by Certi Motix (as defined below), you confirm that:

- User-submitted reviews, ratings, and other content (“Submissions”)
Certi Motix may change or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.
(b) Account Creation
Some features require an account. To create one:
- You must provide a valid email address;
- You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- You must not use “Certi Motix,” “CAR FOX,” or any similar brand terms in your username.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years or older;
- You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms;
- You own or have authorization to manage the vehicles in your account;
- All information you provide is true and accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
3. Certi Motix Service
(a) Description
Certi Motix provides a platform to help users track and manage information related to their personal vehicles, including:
- Safety recall notices
- Service history
- Warranty alerts
- Maintenance reminders
- Third-party product and service offers
This service is not intended to provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
(b) License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Certi Motix Service for personal, non-commercial use in the U.S., subject to these Terms.
(c) Recall Information
We receive vehicle safety and emissions recall data from most U.S. vehicle manufacturers. However, we do not guarantee that the information is complete or up-to-date.
Toyota, Scion, and Lexus Recall Notices:
Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. provides recall data within the last 10 model years for vehicles originally sold in the U.S. and its territories. Only open safety or emissions recalls with available remedies are listed. For the most current recall information, visit:
4. Sell My Car/Boat
Certi Motix’s “Sell My Car/Boat” feature helps users connect with third-party dealers. We are not a party to any transactions and do not guarantee offers, pricing, or responses.
5. Used Vehicle Listings
Certi Motix provides a platform for used vehicle listings but is not involved in the sale. We:
- Do not guarantee vehicle availability or condition;
- Do not process payments, titles, or logistics;
- Do not verify seller-provided information.
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence. Contact sellers directly with any questions or concerns.
6. Disclaimers
Certi Motix and its affiliates, employees, agents, licensors, and partners (“Certi Motix Parties”) make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Accuracy or completeness of vehicle information;
- Ownership or condition of listed vehicles;
- Any transactions, offers, or pricing;
- The validity of Submissions from users or sellers.
Certi Motix may correct errors on the Site but is not obligated to do so. All vehicle listings are subject to prior sale. Buyers should resolve all concerns directly with the seller before finalizing any purchase.
7. Electronic Communications
All communication between you and Certi Motix is conducted electronically unless otherwise noted. You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, and notices by email or through the Site.
