• Engaging in behavior that is threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise service security or functionality

Illegal, unsafe, or unethical usage that could harm Certi Motix, its users, or its reputation will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

4. Limitation of Liability

6. Refund Policy

Please note: Refunds and chargebacks are not eligible after the specified period has passed.

8. Inspection Report Validity

After purchasing a vehicle inspection report from Certi Motix, the report remains valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. There is no need to repurchase within this period.

Should you choose to repurchase a report before expiration, please note that payments made are non-refundable.
